1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Norvaris website (norvaris.com) and any related services, products, or platforms operated by Norvaris Studio (“Norvaris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

5. Client Engagements

5.1 Scope of Work

All client projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms, schedules, and amounts are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances
  • Work may be paused on accounts with overdue balances exceeding 30 days

5.3 Project Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Norvaris retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

5.4 Revisions and Changes

Requests outside the agreed scope of work may require a change order with adjusted timelines and costs. We will communicate any scope changes before proceeding.

6. Products and Platforms

Our proprietary products (Corvize, Zelosy, Cheerra, Zazzap) are subject to their own specific terms of use and licensing agreements. By using any Norvaris product, you agree to the applicable product-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
