Conversation
A free call, online or in person. We ask what the business does, who buys from you and what the budget is. If we are the wrong fit, or too expensive for the job, we say so on that call.
Strategy
You get the scope, structure and visual direction in writing, with a fixed price and a date. Nothing is built until you approve that document.
Build
We build in phases you can see. Two rounds of revisions are included, and anything outside the scope is quoted before we touch it.
Launch
We set up domain, hosting, mail, analytics and security, then hand over every login with a short recorded walkthrough you keep.

What they ask before they start.
How long does a website take?
It depends on scope. A first business site is usually 1–4 weeks from signed proposal to launch. A larger site with branding and extra functionality is usually 3–8 weeks. For custom builds, the dates are written into the proposal itself.
Who owns the site after completion?
You. Domain, hosting, design, code and mail are registered to your name or company. We hand over every access with a short training. If you later want to work with someone else, nothing stops you.
What if something breaks after launch?
Every new site includes post-launch support. After that you can take monthly maintenance covering updates, backups and technical support, or skip it and call us at an agreed hourly rate. Either way, the same person answers.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes two revision rounds within the agreed scope — enough for most cases. Extra revisions or ideas outside scope are quoted and billed separately, with your approval first.
Can I change the content myself?
Yes. We set up a CMS you can use without technical knowledge — text, images, prices, blog posts, and basic updates. Short training is included.
Do I need to buy hosting separately?
Not necessarily. You can use your own hosting or leave it to us. For each project we recommend a solid price-performance-security option, in your name.
Do you only work with companies in one country?
We work with Croatian and international clients. We understand the local context well, and can also build bilingual sites for local and international markets.
Can we just do this ourselves on Wix / Squarespace?
You can, and for some businesses it is enough. But if the website is an important channel for getting clients, templates can later limit speed, SEO, design, and flexibility. We will tell you honestly if a simpler option is enough.
What's an AI chatbot and do I even need one?
A chatbot answers common questions 24/7 — hours, services, location, availability. When a question is outside its scope, it forwards it to you. Not every business needs one — if you get few repeating enquiries, it may not make sense, and we will say so.
Do you only do websites?
We focus on websites, web applications, branding and practical AI tools for small businesses. If the job needs custom software rather than a site, we build that too, with the same scope-and-price agreement.
Is payment in installments possible?
Yes, by agreement and project phases.
