Small business website — 1.490 – 3.000 €
A proven structure of up to 5 pages, adapted visually to your brand. The fastest route to a serious business presence. You supply the text and photos.
The price depends on whether you need a straightforward business presence or a fully custom site that actively supports sales and growth. Projects start at 1.490 €, and the calculator below will help you work out a realistic range for yours.
We do not price on page count alone. Design, content, SEO, languages, integrations and functionality usually have more effect on the scope than the number of pages.

Custom UX/UI and content architecture built around your business, services and customers. Up to 8 key pages, keyword research, on-page SEO, key messaging and conversion tracking.
A larger content scope, more services, locations or languages, integrations and more advanced functionality. The multilingual system and advanced enquiries are part of the base.
Choose a scope and the options you are interested in. You get a realistic investment range and an expected timeline, for a new site or a redesign of your existing one.
The final scope and a fixed quote follow a short review of your goals, content and technical requirements.
Whatever the size of the project, we treat these as the basis of a professionally built website and include them in the price.
The site is designed for phone, tablet and desktop, not just stacked into a column when the screen narrows.
Optimised images, clean code and settings that do not slow the site down on day one.
Titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, sitemap and indexing set up before launch.
Tracking of visits and key actions, so that after launch you know what is actually happening.
Cookie consent, privacy pages and forms are set up technically, to the requirements you supply and the system you choose.
The site is yours, you edit the content yourself, with no lock-in after launch.
Scope is rarely visible from the page count. These five things usually decide which range a project falls into.
Request a quoteEvery page needs its own structure, copy and review. More services or locations means more templates, not just more content.
Smaller projects get a proven structure adapted visually to your brand. Business projects get a design built around your services and the way your clients actually decide.
Content architecture and key messaging are part of the business package. Writing the final copy is separate work, and it appears as an add-on in the calculator.
Structured enquiries, booking, integrations with your tools or content filtering all need development and testing.
A multilingual system means language switching, a duplicated URL structure, hreflang, translated menus, forms and legal pages, and maintaining both versions.
Four phases, with the scope agreed clearly before any development starts.
The delivery window starts once we have all the materials, and one round of design revisions is included in the price.
We define the goals, the content, the functionality and what the site has to achieve.
We set the content architecture and the visual direction before development.
We build the site, load the content and connect the systems it needs.
We test devices, forms, analytics, SEO and performance before going live.
The build is a one-off project cost. After launch the domain, the hosting and the maintenance continue — and the last of those decides whether the site still works properly a year from now. You get the actual figures for your case in the quote.
An annual cost paid to your registrar. If you already have the domain, there is nothing extra.
Annual or monthly, depending on the traffic and the demands of the site. We recommend an option that fits the project, and you know the figure before launch.
Without regular updates and monitoring, a website gradually becomes insecure or stops working the way it should.
We take on the updates, backups, monitoring and smaller content changes through a monthly arrangement.
If something you need is not answered here, ask directly — you get a reply the same or the next working day.
A small business website of up to 5 pages is 1.490 € – 3.000 €. A business website with custom design and content architecture is 4.000 € – 6.000 €. A larger site or a more complex structure starts at 8.000 €. Which range a project falls into depends on the design, the content, the languages and the functionality more than on the page count.
A small business website is usually ready in one to two weeks. A business website with custom design and structure takes three to five weeks. A larger site takes eight weeks and up. The delivery window runs from the point where we have all the materials, and you get an exact plan with dates before the work starts.
Because the same number of pages can mean very different amounts of work. Five pages for one service and five pages for a company with three locations and two languages are not the same job. The range covers that spread honestly; the calculator narrows it to your case, and the quote fixes it once the scope is clear.
A responsive build designed for phone, tablet and desktop, speed and technical setup, basic SEO, analytics, the technical setup of cookie consent, privacy pages and forms, and a CMS you can edit yourself. None of those are charged as extras, and the site is yours with no lock-in after launch.
On the small business package, yes — the price assumes you supply them, which is part of why it starts where it does. On the business package we build the content architecture and the key messaging with you. Writing the final page copy is a separate add-on, and it is visible as one in the calculator.
The build is a one-off project cost. After launch three things continue: the domain, the hosting and the maintenance. The domain is an annual cost paid to your registrar, and hosting depends on the traffic and demands of the site. Maintenance is the one people underestimate — WordPress core, plugins and PHP need regular updates, and skipped updates are the most common reason a site gets broken into or quietly stops working. We take that on under an agreed monthly arrangement, and you get the actual figures in the quote.
Say so at the start rather than at the end. The usual answer is phasing: we build the pages that bring enquiries first and add the rest later, on the same structure, so nothing has to be rebuilt.
Sometimes, but less often than people expect. If the content and structure are sound and only the design is dated, a redesign is cheaper. If the structure is the actual problem, the work is the same as a new site plus the migration and the redirects needed to keep your search positions.
Send us a few details about the project. We will review the scope and come back with a concrete proposal and a fixed quote.
